People and Culture Director Application

We are looking for a People Lead to work closely alongside our Head of Operations in building the systems, structure, and culture that will define Curioso as we grow. This is a senior, independent role for someone who wants to build a people function from the ground up rather than step into one that's already been shaped.

We are looking for someone who has strong instincts about how teams should hire, grow, pay, and support one another, genuine judgment about culture across distinct markets, and the discipline to build lasting structure across our US and Mexico teams without losing sight of the people at the center of it.
