Position Overview:

Curioso is in search of a Marketing Associate with experience in content creation, copywriting, design, and social media management. As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Associate will support the Marketing and Business Cultivation teams to communicate Curioso’s brand, people, and projects. The ideal candidate is eager to roll up their sleeves and create content that tells the story of a growing hospitality design studio. You will join a diverse, fast-paced, and highly creative design studio driven by curiosity, empathy, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

Copywriting & Copyediting:

• Gain a deep understanding of Curioso’s communication channels, tone of voice, and project content

• Create engaging and informative written content, including case studies, social media captions, blog posts, articles, and website copy
  

Business Cultivation Collateral Development:

• Create targeted Business Cultivation collateral, including proposals, portfolios, presentations, and case studies that highlight our services and success stories

• Ensure consistency in graphic design and messaging across all collateral. Candidates should possess a deep understanding of Adobe InDesign

Social Media & Website Management:

• Create and execute social media content that showcases our portfolio, expertise, and brand personality

• Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to inquiries and comments

• Analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations

• Ensure our website accurately reflects our latest projects and achievements. Candidates should possess an understanding of Squarespace (or similar CMS) and a willingness to learn

• Explore website SEO optimization to increase visibility and organic web traffic

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in Marketing, Communications, or Content Creation roles

• Proficiency in and deep understanding of Adobe InDesign. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Squarespace

• Prior experience creating content for and managing social media accounts preferred

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multi-location team

• Familiarity with the hospitality industry is preferred

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Professional Working Proficiency in English. Spanish language proficiency is not required, but it is highly desirable
