Position Overview
The Brand Studio Orchestrator will serve as the strategic liaison between the Brand Design Studio, the Business Cultivation team, and our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Brand Design Studio Lead to align staffing with project deliverables, matching the right creative and strategic resources to each engagement based on scope, client complexity, and brand requirements.
Establish and maintain project schedules across all active work, structuring timelines around key brand phases and communicating adjustments to internal teams and clients as project needs shift.
Review project proposals and Client Brand Standards to ensure consistency in deliverables, billing milestones, and process, while contributing strategic expertise to new business pitches and presentations.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Brand Design team, forecasting and managing key meetings, workshops, and presentations to ensure milestones are sequenced appropriately and clients are well-prepared.
Analyze team resource allocations against company goals, making recommendations on workload distribution, capability gaps, and opportunities to strengthen client relationships
Partner with the Brand Design Studio Lead in market research, competitive analysis, and brand audits. Synthesizing findings into strategic frameworks, including positioning maps, audience personas, and brand architecture recommendations that ground creative direction in evidence.
Required Qualifications
Experience in project management, strategic planning, and/or brand design process management within a creative environment
Experience managing multiple client-facing projects, including project scope, deliverable schedules, and budgets
Experience coordinating a diverse group of project team members
Experience in brand strategy, brand positioning, and strategic analysis
A deep understanding of the hospitality and brand design industries
Flexible and hyper detail-oriented with exemplary time management and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Project Management, Brand Strategy, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Familiarity with project management tools and design workflow systems
